Mortie Limited is a UK company building the Mortie app. It will cover mortgages, protection insurance, wills and second charge mortgages. We plan to launch in 2027. The app is not available yet.
Mortie Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not currently provide regulated advice or arrange mortgages, second charge mortgages or insurance.
Will-writing is not regulated by the FCA.
What we're building
These are the areas we plan to cover at launch. Our plans may change, and some features may not be offered.
Mortgages
Mortgages for first-time buyers, home movers, people remortgaging and landlords.
Protection insurance
Life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection.
Wills
Will-writing. Will-writing is not regulated by the FCA.
Second charge mortgages
Second charge mortgages, for homeowners who already have a mortgage.
We will only offer regulated services once we, or a firm we act on behalf of, hold the necessary FCA permissions.
